A: Yes. Your home or apartment must already have washer water hookups and a drain, a dryer vent, and an electrical or gas connection for the dryer. We do not perform electrical, gas, or plumbing modifications.
Q: Do you offer gas dryer rentals?
A: Yes. Gas dryers are available for select homes with an existing gas hookup. No gas line modifications are included. Availability is confirmed prior to scheduling delivery.

A: Payments are billed monthly and automatically. Your first payment is collected at the time of installation, and future payments are charged monthly on the same date.
Q: Can I cancel if I need to move?
A: If you’re on a month-to-month plan, you may cancel at any time with thirty days’ notice. If you’re on a 12-month plan and experience extenuating circumstances such as a move or job relocation, please contact us to discuss options.
Q: What happens if my washer or dryer breaks?
A: If your washer or dryer stops working due to normal use, Spinly handles all repairs or replacement at no additional cost during the rental term.
Q: Who owns the washer and dryer during the rental?
A: Spinly retains ownership of all appliances at all times. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment while it is in their possession.
Q: Do you require a credit check to rent appliances?
A: No. We do not require a credit check to rent a washer or dryer.
Q: What happens if my payment is late?
A: If a payment attempt fails, we’ll notify you so you can update your payment method. Continued non-payment may result in service interruption and a $20 late fee.

A: Yes. When your rental ends, we’ll schedule a convenient pickup time and remove the appliances at no charge.
